2 lbs lean hamburger

1 egg

¼ cup fine bread crumbs

¼ cup very finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic very finely chopped

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

½ tsp salt

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp oregano

Sue's Cranberry Meatballs

Mix the meat and all other ingredients, shape into approximately 1 inch

meatballs. Brown meatballs in a frying pan with a little olive oil or in the oven on

a cookie sheet with a bit of water.

Sauce:

1 cup whole cranberry sauce

1 cup ketchup

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup chilli sauce, or any spicy sauce of your choice, or combine ½ cup BBQ

sauce with a few drops of Tabasco sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients and heat all together.

Combine browned meatballs and sauce in a casserole dish or dutch oven. Cook

at 350’F for an hour or more.
